Accountify — mobile accounting & GST for India.
These Terms govern your use of Accountify, a mobile accounting and GST application for businesses in India. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.
Accountify helps you capture bills, record transactions, compute GST and TDS, maintain double-entry books, generate reports, and prepare statutory returns. AI is used only to read fields from documents you capture; all tax and money calculations are performed by a deterministic engine that you can review before anything is posted.
You must provide accurate information when signing in and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorised to manage the business whose books you maintain in the app.
Some features are offered on a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Where a purchase is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and refunds are also subject to that store's terms and are managed through your store account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled through your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
Except where required by applicable law, payments already made for a completed billing period are non-refundable. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. If you use a CA consultation, review, or messaging feature, you are engaging with an independent Chartered Accountant, not with Accountify. Any advice, review, or service is provided by that CA. Fees, scope, and responsibility for such consultations are between you and the CA; Accountify provides the software that connects you and is not a party to that professional engagement.
You can permanently delete a company or your entire account and all of its data from within the app at any time (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account erases your companies, vouchers, parties, documents, and reports and removes your authentication identity. This action cannot be undone. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Accountify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on figures, reports, or filings that you did not verify.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page; your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
